The Chesapeake Modeling Symposium 2008 will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Annapolis, MD. A special room block has been reserved for Symposium guests, with the opportunity for a discount existing if you reserve your room before the cut-off date (see below for more information).

Doubletree Reservation Information
A discounted reservation rate of $139 is available if you reserve your room before the cut-off date of March 11, 2008. Government rates are available as well, provided you supply the necessary information. After March 11, reservations will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing rate, based on availability.
Reservations can be made by calling the Doubletree at (410) 224-3150. Be sure to say you are part of the Chesapeake Research Consortium's Chesapeake Modeling Symposium being held in May, 2008.
